Barbara S. Ginsberg
Board Member
A graduate of Binghamton University and New York University School of Law, Barbara specialized in intellectual property and entertainment law. In 2024 she earned a Master’s degree in Creative Writing. As a volunteer she has represented survivors of domestic violence, served on the board of a nonprofit that aids homeless families in New York City, and worked for a homeless shelter run jointly by her synagogue and a neighborhood church.
She and her husband bought their home in High Falls in 1986 and have since become full-time residents. She has been a member of the Preserve since 1994 and a Life Member since 2010.
Barbara joined the Preserve’s Board of Directors in 2019 and serves on the Human Resources, Land Protection and Marketing & Communications Committees.
