The Good, the Bad and the Evil: Native and Invasive Plant ID

Gain “hands on” experience in identifying native flowers, shrubs and trees and over ten invasive plants. This introductory level program is led by Tammy Feuer, who has certification in Ornamental Horticulture from Longwood Gardens and leads the Mohonk Preserve volunteer Meadow Guardians. The field ID experience will be supported by publications from the NY DEC and PRISM (Partnership on Regional Invasive Species Management) and exhibit boards. This is a free program for ages 15 to adult. Space is limited and registration is required.
