If your group needs to make some tough decisions, why not meet in a place that renews and inspires? Our beautiful Visitor Center is surrounded by acres of woods and miles of trails that can provide the perfect, break-time relaxation. Enjoy our seasonal Butterfly Garden, indoor and outdoor exhibits, rooftop terrace, and beautiful views of the ridge.

Two ADA-accessible meeting rooms are available for rental:

  • The Conference Room, located just off the main exhibit hall, can seat 20 people around a large conference table, with an additional 10 seated in a second row.
  • The Discovery Room is a more informal space located on the lower level. Depending on room arrangement, this space can accommodate 20-35 people.
  • Also available for after-regular-business-hours rentals is the entire Visitor Center complex, which includes the Main Exhibit Hall, Conference Room, outdoor Terrace, and Classroom. Please see Guidelines below.
