Shawangunk Ridge Biodiversity Partnership Publications

More than 40,000 acres of the ridge are protected by the Preserve and other members of the Shawangunk Ridge Biodiversity Partnership. Composed of non-profit organizations and public agencies, the Partnership uses science and land management strategies to protect the sensitive wildlife habitat and other natural resources of the Shawangunks. Read about the Green Assets project, which provides towns with the planning assistance and GIS information about natural resources they need to both protect open space and pursue appropriate development.
